Beautiful level dry lot with canal access. Used to be a pond, but now per CAMA someone has cut without permit an access to the canal through the north end of the pond making the canal accessible by kayak/canoe/ and maybe a small boat. No information on depth of water in the pond or at the edge of this lot. Easy beach access.
